Office Hours

Regular office hours are 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM on Fridays during the spring-summer months; 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM on Fridays during the winter months. In addition, some clinicians have appointments available from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Monday through Thursday.

Appointment Desk

Our appointment telephones are answered from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday and 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM on Fridays. If you should find it necessary to contact a doctor after the hours designated above, the answering service will forward the message to the physician on call. At the earliest convenience, the physician will return the call.

Nursing Phones

You may speak directly to a nurse Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Fridays from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM If you would like to leave a message on their voice mail, you may call Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Fridays from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Appointments

Normally, we see patients by appointments. If urgent medical care is needed, we offer same day appointments by calling our office as early as 7:30 AM. Ordinarily, we are able to accommodate your urgent medical needs. In the event that we cannot, we will refer you to our Urgent Care Facility. We believe strongly in the value of your time by attempting to see you at your scheduled time and minimizing your waiting time whenever possible. We would appreciate 24 hours notice if you find it necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For your convenience we offer an appointment cancellation line, which is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. If you need to reschedule an appointment, you may leave a message and our staff will call you.

Urgent Care

In the event that we are not able to see you during normal business hours, we have an Urgent Care Facility located at 25333 Barton Road (formally Loma Linda University Community Emergency Room). The Urgent Care Facility is open seven days a week, and holidays from 9:00 AM until 8:00 PM. The phone number for the Urgent Care Facility is 909-558-6644.
